Draconic Dreamers give PH Wakeup Call
Yes the Haze are back and ambling along as usual. The Drow were rusty but did manage 3 touchdowns. The TD's it may be noted were all scored by the new-blood assassins.
The Haze had a chance to leave the pitch 4 all, but the veteran Witch Elf made a ruty/rookie mistake and the lightning Skaven took the pill to the other end zone. Coach Baenre was satisfied with the hit out, and the team are looking forwards to the next game. Baenre also hopes the PH won't face 3 Blitzes the next time they face Skaven, which is of course game 2.

Today did not happen!
The Haze had 4 bouts of Elf Disease, Nurgle doubled the elven # of completions and made an intercept. Had the play for a draw but twice a simple pickup and handoff proved too hard for my marquis players.

Haze starts with a win
The Haze surprisingly chose to kick against the Dreadnoughts a decision that paid dividends. The Dwarves started the match with a chainsaw wielding maniac who fortunately did more damage to himself than others. While the Dreadnought thrower, sorry runner made more than 5 completions Grimkillers 2 passes were long bomb TD assists. Both journey eves suffered casualties but most of the team should be right for the next game. The Haze eventually arm wrestled a 3-2 win.

Haze win, Grimkiller scare
The PH went into the match with Cthulu's nurgle nasties with 2 goals, get Grimkiller a complteion to polish the star throwers skillset, and a TD for the str 4 runner to add block.

Grimkiller was OFF, she was inaccurate on the easiest of passes and was soon casualtied by the nurgles. She was going to LOSE MOVEMENT! The PH apothcary is still breathing (and so Grimkiller is still spd 7). The reserve runner was soon also benched and will miss the next game.

The rest of the PH went about winning the game 3-1 in the usual running/passing style. The speed 4 guard elf managed her 2nd career interception (in 3 disturbing presences) and sent a message to the selectors about not retiring.

Strike elf Bavid Deckam was looking forward to adding strip ball to Leap,Block,Tackle. Instead she accepted an AG of 5, oh well!

The PH are looking forward to their next match where they hope their runner CAN manage a completion.
